Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Goenka Tools (the "Service"), operated by TalkyTools ("we", "us") for the Goenka group. By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account

Access is granted to authorised members of the Goenka group only. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Acceptable use

• Don't violate any law or third-party right.
• Don't reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Don't upload malware, spam, or illegal content.
• Don't impersonate others or share access outside authorised users.

3. Connected accounts

The Service connects to third-party platforms (such as Google Business Profile, Search Console, and your Shopify store) using credentials you provide. You confirm you are authorised to connect those accounts, and you may disconnect them at any time from Settings.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its code and design, is owned by TalkyTools and protected by copyright. You retain ownership of the business data and content you create or connect; you grant us a license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, data retention follows our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI outputs, or fitness for any particular purpose. Always review AI-generated content before publishing it to live storefronts or listings.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkyTools' liability arising from the Service is limited to direct damages and excludes indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
